Each Pilot must complete one entry form. After you submit the form you will receive a conformation email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive conformation by email contact us here.
Contest entry fee is £32 for seniors and £15 for Juniors. The saturday night "Flyers Feast" barbeque is £10, and camping on the field is £5 per night for each pitch or tent. Entry is permitted on 35Mhz and 2.4Ghz Bands. Only use your return key in the address and comments field, otherwise the form will be submitted by mistake!
For UK Pilots payment should be made immediately online or by posting a cheque payable to A Guerrier at the address below the form. Pilots from outside the UK can pay on the field when they arrive for the contest. After you submit the form you will be directed to the Payment Page where you can Pay online using PayPal or Google checkout.
After you submit the entry you will be taken to a page where you can make payment online. Alternativly you can download or print the entry form and post it with the correct fee to the address below. Only overseas entry can be paid on the field.
